Returns

  • You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • To start a return, contact us at support@happypaws.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or wrong product, we’ll be happy to exchange it for the correct item at no extra cost.

Important Notes

  • Personalized or custom products cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Please handle all returns carefully to avoid damage in transit.
